Returns

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order receipt is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products cannot be returned due to hygiene, religious, and safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used puja items

  • Prasad, food items, flowers, and perishable products

  • Downloadable spiritual products or digital services

  • Personalized or customized puja items

  • Health and personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Holy water (Gangajal) and consumable spiritual items once opened


Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Products returned after the allowed return period

  • Any item not in original condition for reasons not caused by our error


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit/debit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Items purchased during sales, discounts, special offers, or promotional campaigns are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect product received

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return.

If the gift was not marked properly at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first for return instructions and shipping details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Cancellation Policy

Orders once processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Customized पूजा services, online consultations, sankalp bookings, and spiritual services are non-refundable once confirmed.
