1. How can a Puja be effective if I am not physically present?

In Vedic tradition, a Puja works on the principle of “Sankalp” (Divine Intent). When a priest takes your Name, Gotra, and Birth details, the spiritual energy of the ritual is “addressed” specifically to you. Distance does not limit the flow of cosmic vibrations, just as a radio signal reaches a specific frequency regardless of location.

2. Will I be able to see my Puja being performed?

Yes. For every booking, we provide Digital Participation. Depending on the service and temple location, you will receive either a Live Streaming link (via Zoom/WhatsApp) or a High-Quality Video Recording of the main rituals, including your personalized Sankalp and the final Aarti.

3. What details do I need to provide for the Sankalp?

To ensure the ritual is accurately dedicated to you, we require:

• Full Name of the devotee.

• Gothra (If you don’t know it, we use “Kashyap,” the universal Vedic Gothra).

• Date, Time, and Place of Birth.

• Specific Intent: The goal or problem you want the Puja to address.

4. Can I perform a Puja on behalf of a family member?

Absolutely. You can book any service for your parents, children, or spouse. Simply provide their birth details in the “Order Notes” during checkout, and the Sankalp will be taken in their name to ensure they receive the divine blessings.

5. How do I receive the “Prasad” after the Puja?

Once the ritual is completed, the energized Prasad (which may include Yantras, sacred threads, Bhasma, or dry fruits) is carefully packed and shipped to your registered address.

• India: Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.

• International: Delivery takes 10–15 business days.

6. Are the priests performing the Puja qualified?

Yes. Shri Adideva Globals only collaborates with highly learned Vedic Brahmins and “Tirth Purohits” at recognized Siddha Peethas (like Ujjain, Kashi, and Haridwar). Each priest is an expert in specific recitations, such as the Durga Saptashati or Rudram.

7. How do I choose the “Right Puja” for my problem?

8. What if I miss the live stream of my Puja?

Don’t worry. If you are unable to join the live session due to time zone differences or work, we always record the Sankalp and Purnahuti (final offering). We will send the video link to your email or WhatsApp so you can watch and seek blessings at your convenience.

9. Are the ingredients used in the Havan authentic?

We maintain the highest standards of Shuddhi (purity). We use pure Ghee, authentic herbs (Samagri), and specific items required for particular deities (like yellow mustard for Baglamukhi or red flowers for Mangal). This ensures the ritual generates the correct “Satvic” energy.

10. Is my personal information and birth data kept private?

Your privacy is sacred to us. All birth details and personal intentions shared for the Sankalp are strictly used only for the ritual process and are never shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
